Scottish Country Dancing

One of my all time 

favorite thing to do is

Scottish Country dance.

Dancing is definitely my passion,

or that is to say,

one of my passions. . . 

So my mother showed me this video,

and I was hooked almost

Scotland

And I am going to dance there.

But for now,

I dance in sweet ol Las Vegas

Now, don't get me wrong! This is a spectacular

place to dance!

But there is a slight problem. . . 

I am the only "child" there

Im the youngest,

by several years.

So that means there are no dashing

Mr. Darcy's there

or Mr. Binglys,

BUT

there is a true Scotchman! 

 And boy does he know how to dance!

It is fascinating to watch his feet!

I have learned

so much by just watching him

Not only do we dance,

but we even have caili's!! (Which is the scottish word for ball)

This will be fun!

There actually is a Caili coming up!

It is going to be spectacular!

Food of the month~February

Well, here is the second annual Food of The Month!

I have made several things

and have gone places.

Here are the o-so-great 

avocado rolls!

They are sooo good!

Especially with the sauce that is provided!

Go to BJ's and try the Avocado roll!

Something else! We had some bread, oil and vinegar with our lunch

and this lovely little

heart appeared. Isn't this so special!

How grand to see a heart in the 

Valentines month.

This food. Was good! There is nothing like

cheesy potatoes!

And the green beans were amazing!

And this was dessert. 

I love a Strawberry shortcake! 

I'll have to try it with

chocolate cake . . . 

I'm liking this idea!!

My dad had a craving for sausage balls,

so as the kind daughter 

that I am, I made him some. 

I don't know why I was making them as a sausage wall . . . 

. . . maybe it had something to do with the fact

that it was 9:06 at night. . . . 

But in the end, they were a great hit!
