Say what!?

Mother and I were in Ross the other day after dance class,
and I was walking past the pictures and clocks when I found this;

Isn't this so cute! Oh! If I were at a thrift store, it would have been in my
hands in a second!
But this amazing poster, has costs

$40.00!!! I was SO upset!
I was really hoping that I could hang it up in my room!
I had a perfect spot to hang it too.
So. There is my story. And I hope that I find another Paris Photo soon,
so I can hang it up.

I also saw this clock!
It would have been perfect for my Clock Wall
but, like I said, everything has a price, so I'll stop here.

Celebrating The Queens and King of Commonwealth

(Yes. I said 'King')
My darling sister, Abby, has attended a commonwealth
here in lovely Las Vegas,
and she took a Shakespeare class, and if she read 17 Shakespeare plays by the end of the semester,
 she
would be crowned "Queen"
So, of course, she read, watched and listened to 17 of Shakespeare Plays.
Of course.

And at the end of the semester, there was a Shakespeare party.
And each family was asked to bring something to share.
It was quite the evening
Here are some pictures to capture the moments;

These are a few of the things that we brought
Olives!
Abby and I made up a song just for this occasion, and it goes;
'Would you like and olive?
They are good for you!
Have some dried tomatoes,
and you have a Tomato Olive!'

Yummy bread and hummus!!

And Emma, she just loves her hat that she made!

Skylar was crowned Queen as well!
Queen Skylar, you highness

Oh yeah! Scott!
Scott came here with the intentions of teaching fencing,
but instead found himself at our table.
Eating our olives and bread

Abraham was indeed, very exited about this evening.
Food, food and sword fighting!!
What could be better.

And here is her Highness
Who is dancing with joy

Here is our table. Isn't it so cute!
:D

 Emma had first dibs....

'Oh Cousin Taz!
Where for art thou Taz!'

Taz's # 9

Our dearest Cousin Taz has turned 9!
 I can hardly believe that he is getting so old!
Well, he had a birthday lunch at In-n-out, so we met there and we saw grandfather and grandmother Sandy there. It was good to see them!

So while I was there, I took a couple pictures;

Here is the birthday boy! And his Cousin Emma.

Emma was very happy that she was invited to a party.
She was very preoccupied.

Here is my cup of water.
I guess I just needed to take a picture of something...

There is Grandfather and Zaff
Happy Birthday!

And our dearest cousin, Moses, just had to join us too
Abraham and Moses are the best of Cousins!

Happy Birthday Taz!

Food of the month-January

First off,
Happy first day of February!! I can hardly believe that this month is here!

Second,
I had a great idea.
Whanna know what that idea is?
I figured you would so I'm going to tell you.
I am going to have a 'Food of the Month'
and that is going to be where I collect yummy pictures of things that I make
or that I find.
Then after the month is over, I am
going to come here and post those pictures here so you all can see them.

So here is the first annual Food of the Month

I just want you all to know that I love my brother.
He asked for a pickle one day. And he told me that pickles, were made from pickle juice.
So I asked him where the pickle juice came from and he said;
"From pickles."
Can you see what is happening?
It's like the question;
"Which came first, the chicken, or the egg?"
So ask yourself,
"Which came first, the pickle, or the pickle juice?"

The pickle.

The pickle juice.

What comes first, quick!

Another one of my great finds!

 For all that know me, you know that I can't leave something that is really good,
look so plain.
These here are dolmases.
A mexican roll that is filled with rice, and other stuff...(that I don't know of.)

 So I went to fridge and I looked to see what I could find.
And I found some mexican cream.
(P.S. At my house, we are a fan of mexican food. *Wink, Wink.)
So I drizzled that over the top

And I sprinkled some salt over it, to set it off.
Sadly, they were not my homemade ones.
(Those are absolutely the best!!)
But it looked beautiful, at it actually tasted pretty good!
